Lifeboat vandals 'put lives at risk'
Vandals "put lives at risk" by using superglue on five locks at the Ulverston Inshore Rescue station.
The team's two lifeboats, quad bike and 4X4 could not have been taken out in an emergency without destroying the gates.
Station officer Ronnie Muggridge said: "This would stop myself and my crew going out. People's lives were completely at risk in the bay."
